A little bit crazy today!.
well not me but this journal page seems to have everything added to it today.
I'll start with a cuppa which for once I did finish drinking before I got into creating mode.
So my first call will be to see friends over at
where we are always made very welcome with a tea related post
First layers were pieces of a torn napkin.
Random stamping came next.

Oh dear this seems to be getting brighter. The next colour I added was a few brush stokes of
watered down white gesso. The girl is fussy cut from a pre printed Jane Davenport page.
As you can see on the left, I am now in front of the computer and into the digital program I use.
Tea day friends I hope you notice the water I am drinking here.......... folk its not always tea to hand.

ReplyDeleteHappy colors and bright colors are the same thing in my book. And you have certainly created both happy and bright. Even the gesso couldn't completely tone down the bright beauty of the girl. This is a fantastic journal entry straight out of Alice in Wonderland. Seems to fit right in with your bunny mug, too. I was also delighted to see that you were not just drinking tea this particular day, but also had a bit of water, too. Thanks for sharing your considerably lovely art, your bunny laden tea, and your bottled water with us for T this Tuesday.

Hi to reply to your comment on my post today--I watch the Pioneer woman from time to time-she does really have some good ideas for foods and especially for when her kids were really young--she does not cook "healthy" though we are seniors so have to really watch that for us now--and I never got from her that she recycles-etc she has really gotten big here in the states-wal mart a big chain store has picked up her line of dishes, towels etc her line is very beautiful but sigh made in china and I don't like that if I have a choice
