I am ' Out and About' for
taking a springtime trip to Paris.
Well not really, but I can dream and I do have fond memories of this beautiful city.
So if the magic carpet cares to stop outside my front door,
this is where I am going today.
This is the base layer, pieces of plain tissue for texture, splashes of watercolours, random stamping.
The postcard pictures were cut from an old calendar. I kept moving the left over die cut flowers around my desk so many times that I eventually decided to stick them to the page.
As you can see I cannot resist finishing my pages by adding a few digital additions and the words via the computer.
Thank you for calling in to see me ,
where would you ask your magic carpet to take you today?
For information about my digital
additions, please see my sidebar notes.
Beautiful page, and it would be really wonderful to spend a spring day in Paris. Lots of fond memories there. But, as you say, we have our dreams! Hugs, Valerie

ReplyDeleteI'd give anything for that calendar, Yvonne. That is out of this world. Personally, this is the place I'd love to be, too. You couldn't have picked a better place for those die cut flowers. Every time I see the Eiffel Tower in magazines, there are flowers around. This is wonderful and I'd love to join you there, too.
