Remembrance Day 2018
This year , today is the  100th Anniversary of the end of the First World War.

A day to remember not only these brave  men and women,
but the men and women from all the countries of our world.
Who throughout the years in  past and present times,
have served their countries
and gave their lives
 for the freedom and safety of others.

    a perfect tribute to this special anniversary!
    normally this poppies symbol is more around in the english speaking countries, but this year there is also a big art project in munich remembering the anniversary. (https://www.niemalswieder.com/english-version/) i will be in munich on thursday and hopefully see the remains of the installation.
