It could be a thank you card/ a note to say thank you/ harvest thanks, our friends in America celebrate Thanksgiving/ or anything you are thankful for.
My base layers were made using a variety of oxide inks and some leaf stamps. I use these stamps often as they create nice backgrounds.
These were simply layered and a sentiment added, I think adding the string caused my more problems than the card did in its making.
