Hello everyone who calls in to visit me today.
First of all Halloween is nearly here and I am sharing this digital Trio of Tags,
that I have made for the current challenge theme of .......Edgar Allan Poe .... over at
They were all made in the digital program I use,[ notes in my sidebar].
I really enjoyed creating these tags.
.................................
Now after seeing these scary tags I am off to a more tranquil setting and a visit with the folk over at Bleubeard and Elizabeths
where each Tuesday we are made very welcome with a drinks related post
Earlier this year we visited this beautiful Catherdral in Ripon.
It was as I was looking through my store of photos last week , when I visited Durham with you all that I realised that I hadn't posted these ones.
Also a plus was that we were allowed to take some photos inside.
As you can imagine there were a number of folk around, but I think you will get an idea of the beautiful interior from these photos.
Now are you sitting down?.....
No.... you are not seeing things..... its a glass of iced water to drink today.
A warming bowl of carrot and coriander soup with a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich was what we ordered for lunch that day. The drinks arrived with it, not something that happens often here in the UK we usually have to ask.
Thank you for stopping by and I hope you have a great day.
Great tags Yvonne, and the cathedral looks wonderful!

Brilliant Poe tags Yvonne!! And that cathedral- just gorgeous... Your meal sounds wonderful to me too- except I'd take my water without ice;) Happy T day!
ReplyDeleteAwesome Halloween tags, and wow what a lovely cathedral-so beautiful--your soup sounds delicious
ReplyDeleteHappy T hugs Kathy
LOVE those tags Yvonne. They are perfect for Halloween. And wow, that Cathedral is beautiful inside. It is really gothic (meaning the time period) isn't it? I think that style is fabulous since we don't have it here. And your soup and sandwich looks yummy. I think soup is one of the best meals when the weather gets a bit chilly. Have a fabulous Halloween and T day. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteYour digital tags are amazing!! And I absolutely LOVE that architecture. Old churches are so beautiful.

ReplyDeleteWhat amazing tags, Yvonne. Your incredible digital skills never EVER cease to amaze me. I'm totally in awe. Each is lovely in its own right.
ReplyDeleteThat Ripon cathedral is mesmerizing. The interior is stunning and some of your photos showed how overpowering it was. I was more than impressed and was delighted you found them to share with us.
My friend Sally was just saying how the only thing good about bacon was in a BLT. I thought yours and your soup looked good, and the soup sounded PERFECT. Thanks for sharing your lunch, your photos from the Ripon cathedral, your lovely tags, and your water with us for T this Tuesday. I had NO idea you had to ask for water in restaurants in the UK, so I learned something new today.

The tags are fabulous. You've done Edgar proud. The cathedral is just beautiful. And impressive when you stop to think they didn't have the modern construction equipment. I've never had carrot soup and it looks delicious. BLT is one of my favorite sandwiches. Happy T Day
