In my garden there is ........ Mary
I think you have enjoyed this theme as much as I have.
your interpretations have all been inspirational..
I did intend to take more photos, but got carried away, enjoying the spraying of paint and adding random texture to this base page in my journal, the time flew past
The stamps used at this stage were Stampers Anonymous and Paper Artsy.
I had the nursery rhyme in my head as soon as I stamped up the winged girl image.
This hybrid page was finished with digital .
I hope this Mary is happy in her garden.
Thank you for calling in to see me, your comments are always appreciated.
I will be back tomorrow with my last post as Guest Hostess at AJJ

ReplyDeleteAnother brilliant page Yvonne.
ReplyDeleteCool stamps and great digital additions.
Could do with Mary in my garden.
With her fabulous wings she could fly up and prune all the places that are hard to reach :)

Oh lovely artwork, Yvonne, what a good idea to illustrate this pretty rhyme.
ReplyDeleteI like how you have added digitally, I agree with Susi that the original is really good, but the digital additions do give it something extra with the dancing music, the extra flowers and the words, and the silver bells.......
Mary, Mary, quite contrary....What a precious way to illustrate the old nursery rhyme. Both pieces are so dear and sweet. I LOVE them...but then I LOVE ALL OF YOUR ARTWORK. Hugs...genie
ReplyDeleteLovely page, the music notes are fantastic, it had me singing the nursery rhyme - good job you can't hear my singing ... lol. Thanks for choosing such a wonderful theme this month over at AJJ. Wishing you a happy weekend! J :-)

ReplyDeleteVery sweet Mary Mary page you created both before and after Yvonne!
ReplyDeleteI almost used my heart songs stamp the other day.
It has always been a favorite.
It takes special attention to stop in the throws of creating to snap a photo or two usually with inky or painty fingers too ;-)
