Its nearing the end of my month's
   theme choice over at

Words and Numbers.
There has been so many inspirational entries and ideas on how to interpret the theme.
I thank each and everyone who has joined us so far during  this busy month of the year.
There is still a few more days left of December, so I made the time this morning to complete this page. The stencil background was waiting for more additions. This time the messy hands on variety not digital.  Stencil words,  a few stamped images and some extra colour.
I occasionally get asked about the maker of the stamps/stencils, now I have a confession,
I don't store packaging. I keep the stamps on the acetate sheets .
and this makes it harder to say who made them.
Some of these are ALL&Create.
You will gather from this I am not a tidy crafter .
creating my journal pages is all about how I feel , and what I will use,  at that particular time.
If I start with a plan. it will usually go wrong.
Craft is my escape route

Thank you for stopping by.
However you spend your day
I hope it will be a good one for you..

I am adding a link here to the

where the D.T. showcased many photos
of of the talented and inspiring folk who support the challenges there

  1. Hope you had a great Christmas Day Yvonne!
I had so many ideas for your theme and hope to get a few in before next week! Things are settling down and I am looking forward to some crafting time , blogging and blog visiting!
Enjoy the rest of Boxing Day! Chrisxx

  2. Wonderful page Yvonne. Hope you are enjoying Christmas, I will be happy when it's over....I store my stamps according to themes, makes it easier for me. Hugs, Valerie

  3. She is such a character and she makes this page so playful. I love the final results. And I a with you about not being the most tidy of crafters, nor do I store the makers info for all my stamps. It used to be easy when most stamps were wood mounted but of course not unmounted rubber. Hope you enjoyed your Boxing Day. Hugs-Erika

  4. Oh, I love this! Such a beautiful little girl and wise words, you made me smile big, thank you! I´d love a dress like that, too. Well, maybe I´m "a tad" too old, though, but we are never too old for a dream, huh? Hugs from here, Iris

  5. Such a fun page! The bright colours and fabulous image look amazing 😁. I hope that you had a wonderful Christmas and wishing you a happy Friday and Weekend! Hugs, Jo x

  6. I'm late to the party and even Boxing Day has passed. My sincere apologies. I hope to free some time in 2020 when I'm more organized.

Your adorable little girl is quite quirky. I like how this was a messy creation using stencils and stamps. It was certainly a different look for you, but SO fun. Your little girl, with her purple dress and red heart are two of my favorite colors together. And the background works perfectly, too.

Although I prefer wood mount stamps, I seldom advertise who made them. And of course, like you, I save only the cler stamps, not the packaging. It's my philosophy that unless someone asks, I rarely tell whose stamp I used. Since they aren't paying me to use their stamps, I'm not giving them free advertising. Guess I'm as quirky as your little girl!!!

  7. i love their work! How they come about makes us the art of feeling at the moment to put on the sheet no matter what. I find this way so wonderful!
Your journal is so beautiful again and words about it!
    have a nice Weekend!
    Greetings elke

  8. I love your page Yvonne! It's been a great challenge this month.
