Favourite stamp?

The current challenge theme over at
Tag Tuesday is.......
My Favourite Stamp

oh dear how do I choose one?

However I do have an all time favourite that never gets put away, its always on my desk.....an old French script  stamp by Hero Arts.
The base of the tag is stencils and the tag is  close to the actual colours as it wasn't a good light for photographs when I took this one on the left.. I used distress inks and oxides to colour the tag and the bird is  from a Dina Wakley set that I am enjoying using these past few days.

Thank you for calling in today, you are always welcome here.

  8. Absolutely fabulous, Yvonne. If I had that French text stamp, I might actually use it. A LOT! Hero Arts makes some of the best stamps, at least in my opinion.

  10. I have missed so much.....We are in Germany for a few weeks and have a terrible wi-fi connection. At the moment it's a little bit better so I am making a blog-round....landed at your blog and enjoyed all the colors, the designs, the way you build your creations from the bottom to a lovely result at the end. It's a party scrolling down and see a lot of creativity....

  15. And I thought you were going to say it was the little bird! But yes, several script stamps would probably make my top 10 - the rest probably being meadow flowers of one sort or another! - but I'm not sure I can truthfully whittle down to just one favourite. You've made me wish I was at home with my whole collection rather than with only my travelling stash. I love your tag with all that layered stamping and stencilling giving it lovely depth. And I do love the little bird too!
