Springtime ....
is the new challenge theme over at
Please pop over to see what we have been making and get all the details,
we would be very happy to see you there.
Spring is also the season when we celebrate Easter, so for my interpretation of the theme
I have created an Easter card.
I used a few layers and a main image from my collection of Graphics45 papers.
Some of my favourite die cut wild flowers and leaves which were water coloured.
I added the sentiment stamp, which is old and unnamed and finished off with a bit of faux stitching as a frame. I took the photo on the left and looked at it over a few days wondering how I could define the first layer, I think the faux stitching worked.
Thank you for calling in to see me today you are always very welcome here.
A very beautiful Easter card, Yvonne

This is beautiful Yvonne. I love the use of yellow and the feel of spring they bring. Sometimes yellow are so autumnal, but not here. Nice vintage image too. Hope your Easter will be wonderful but I am sure I will have another chance to let you know before it is here. Hugs-Erika
