June's Cheeky Challenge theme this week over at
is Valentines-Love
Somehow this theme in my mind is associated with using the colour red.
But this is the first page I made....... in blues.
I had a play using a digital punch to cut the couple out in a heart shape.
I used my Craft Studio to create these pages using elements from Dezinaworld,
Mischief Circus kits and my own stored images.
Thank you for stopping by to see me today, I always appreciate the comments you leave for me.
Both variations are just BEAUTIFUL Yvonne!
ReplyDeleteBoth pieces are gorgeous, but I think the blue is my fave. Have a great day, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteIt's true, we do associate Valentine's Day with the colour red, but your blue version is just wonderful!! I love the feel of that one. hugs :)
ReplyDeleteah, this is YOU, Yvonne, isn ´t it, laughs Pippa

Super cards, Yvonne.
ReplyDeleteI prefer the pink one, because it's one of my favorit colours.

The red version is classic Valentine-style, but it won't surprise you to learn that I love the bluesy version... great images.
ReplyDeleteAlison xx
Fabulous both lovely great work.
ReplyDeleteBoth are gorgeous! Hugs, Marjut
ReplyDeleteFabulous pieces both of them, I really can't decide which one I like best, the image is so romantic!
ReplyDeleteThey are both terrific. A digital heart punch sounds intriguing.
ReplyDeleteI think I like the blue one best, maybe because it is an unexpected colour for the subject, but the red one is very striking too.
Hi Sheila-The heart punch comes with the my Craft Studio graphics program that I use, just found this element recently, I still have a lot to explore.

Both versions are beautiful, but especially I love the first one, it's really wonderful.

A digital punch, well I never knew such a thing existed, then again, I am near incompetent when it comes to digital art!
ReplyDeleteBoth versions are gorgeous and utterly romantic and I really like the effect of the heart around the couple.

I'm running behind since I was out all day and evening. Both of these are incredible, but I like the second one with the birds the best. They are both unique. Lie others, I have never heard of a digital punch, but I'm not digital savvy, so it doesn't surprise me. Again, both are superb.
ReplyDeleteStunning creations and I just love the image and papers chosen..xx {aNNie}
ReplyDeleteHow clever and love both the blue and red versions, there are so many possibilities here .
ReplyDeleteMarie
Both of your creations are really lovely!
ReplyDeleteI am always drawn to blues, but red and pink are so classic for Valentine's Day.
Amazing what you can create with digi know how.
