A number of wishes

I just wonder what this girl is wishing for, she looks so  deep in thought.
My  wishes never seem to change and would be for ...

Happiness 
and Peace in our World..

    This is a wonderful page. I also wish for health and happiness, but I've given up on peace in our world in my lifetime. Seems like every decade I wish for something and it finally comes true. After I graduated from high school, during the 90s, I wished for the end of apartheid in South Africa. In the early 21st century, I wished for an end to war in the middle east. Although both these came true, there are still tensions in both places, so, even though it's something I would LOVE to see, I've now come to believe it won't happen in my lifetime. There are too many bigots, bullies, and racists out there for that to happen. Just the other day, a "good" Christian friend told me how the Muslims were trying to take over our (U.S.) country. Only time, better education of facts, not hearsay or fantasy, will turn things around.

    Sorry for the rant, but I'm sure you feel something similar, or you wouldn't have wished for this, either. BTW, it's a great collage and great wishes.
