Summer Time

Lots of folk will be enjoying some  'summer sun', on their holidays.
I wanted this to be a happy journal page.
Mustard Seed distress ink and blue acrylic paint for the background
and my usual turn to addition of  random stamping.
'The bathing belle's photo comes from the Found Relatives set [Tim Holtz].
I had a few snippets of stencils on the table and added those with the die cut clock.

Another page for Art Journal Journey

Thank you for taking time to visit me, I always appreciate the comments you leave.

  1. Lovely page. I love the colourful inking and the random stamping is fabulous. Also fabulous is the photo of the bathing beauties - reminiscent of the fifties for me :) Elizabeth xx

  16. Fabulous page full of sun shine and sea breeze. I love how you have used the die to hold the photo. I bought that die and was a little bit disappointed with it but having seen this you have given me fresh hope for it.
    Have a lovely weekend Yvonne.
