We are starting a new challenge theme today over at
Make a Mark
Lots of scope for this theme, including grids, circles , chevrons, abstract patterns etc.
Its fun to see how folk interpret the themes and the DT have shared super inspiration projects.
The flowers were stamped onto rectangle shapes.
It is a watercolour edge to frame the page.
So you could say that the marks I chose to make were straight edged and circular.
Thank you for calling in to see what I have been creating,
I hope you will join the TioT's gang and have fun making your ' mark'.
Another wonderful page Yvonne! Have a fun day, hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteLove the way you used the rectangles here, Yvonne. The chevrons in moulding paste look fab, too. Great combination of shapes :-)

ReplyDeleteWow, what an amazing page! The stencilling and texture from the modelling paste looks amazing with the flower panels 😊. I love how you added the circles around the flower heads too, it's a fabulous design! Wishing you a wonderful week! Jo x

ReplyDeleteYou DO love your modeling pastes, don't you, dear Yvonne. I can tell you also love your wonderful stencils, too. This is a beautiful entry and very nature inspired, too. Most impressive art, with fabulous colors, dear.
ReplyDeleteTo me, the 3 flowers are front and center, and the abstract background is such a great subtle complement. Even though each flower is unique, its a pattern. I guess the circles, rectangles, triangles and word grow fool my mind. It's a really neat page! xoxo
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteFantastic Yvonne!
ReplyDeleteGreat page Yvonne, I do like those stylised flowers
