Cookies for tea

Cookies for tea.
one for Alex the tiger, one for Teddy and one for me.
There's even a spare one for  later.
Hello T day friends I was determined to  try to call in at
Bleubeard and Elizabeths for T day this week.

Its good to have internet friends and crafting, especially in the current times, when daily we get information from our Governments about the restrictions that are going  to be part of our lives for  quite a time into the future. Keeping us all safe is a priority but I feel so saddened for the folk who  will be isolated for weeks and it could be us soon.
My crafting times are limited these days as I look after my poorly husband. But I do try to do a little while he is resting.

Here is my cuppa close by as usual, with the laptop open in the digital program I use to  add extra images  to  my own pages.

My son brought one of my   stacks  down into the corner so I can have a few more things to hand.

I had coloured this page a few evenings ago, something I do need a bit more practise doing.

Thank you for calling in today, your visit is always appreciated
and I hope you all stay safe and well.

I will also link my page to Eileen's theme at
The theme is ....Green
My gal is wearing the green ,
with a big green hat, so she can go celebrate St Patrick's Day with her friends.

How wonderful that you can do all this digital stuff. I wish I could. Perhaps this is an opportunity to learn. I have PS Elements and could look online for some tutorials.
    Happy T-Day my friend,
    and stay safe,
    Hugs,

  17. You are so talented! Love how you put all this together and the cookies are so terribly fun. Sorry your hubby is not feeling well! I understand what that is like - mine is disabled and has had some very bad times. Many hugz to you both. You are right about the new directions coming with the virus - hoping others have hobbies and communities that will help keep them sane (like we do).

  19. So sorry to hear your husband is not well, I hope that does not put him into the 'danger one' with this virus that has us all in a tizzy. We are self isolating but my other half will have to go out shortly when we run out of milk and bread - just hope he can get some. I haven't been out in days, not that I get out much anyway, but as the sun is shining I am going to go walking around our garden, on the flat bit so it does not affect my breathing. We just have to isolate not just for ourselves but also for others (just in case) don't we.
Anyway, before this turns into an essay (lol) I must say I love your colouring. and I can't see you need any more practise. This is a super page and you have included one of my favourite things to eat - macrons - along with your young Irish lady and that beautiful tiger.
    Stay safe and well
    Hugs, Neet xx

  20. I am SO sorry this has taken so long for me to leave a comment. I can't seem to keep my internet going. I've almost had it with ATT. I am also SO sorry I've let AJJ down, too. I hope you will forgive me because I just can't seem to make things work. Once again, I'm sorry your husband is not getting the help he needs. I just hope you are both taking precautions and not making things worse by having to be around sick people who might have COVID-19.

I'm going to be brief and thank you beyond words for sharing this gorgeous beauty with us at both AJJ and T this week.

  21. Yvonne, I am praying for you, your hubby and your laptop. I know you must be very worried. I'm so glad you have your art to do when you can. I've had a catch up and delighted in all of your sweet pages. Over here, we are cocooned at home and happy to be retired. I feel bad for the people who have to get out to work every day. It's hard enough to remember not to touch your face much less what to do when you encounter various potential issues out and about. Take good care of yourself, xoxo

  23. The Tiger Who Came To Tea was one of my staples when I was a child, so this page brought back some lovely memories. I hope you and your husband are safely cocooned away from the dangers of infection. We're all in the same isolation boat now... I do hope your computer won't give up on you - we're going to need our virtual communities more than ever.
