Sharing the umbrella for AJJ

A digital collage page made just for fun using  Mischief Circus kits,
some of my stored images, with a   free to use quote by an unknown author.

''We are like a snowflake,
all different in our own
beautiful way''.

I am sharing this with Art Journal Journey
where Valerie has given us the theme for December,..  Collage with Journalling .

Thank you for stopping by to see what I have been making.
the comments you leave me are always appreciated.

  15. I'm running late again, dear Yvonne. Too much partying yesterday, I guess (grin). This is a lovely collage, and I certainly agree that we are all different, but EQUAL in our own unique way. You have certainly captured this quote beautifully. It certainly feels Christmas-y, too. I know I'll be back before then, but I still want to wish you a very merry Christmas.

  17. Yvonne, I just saw your comment on my blog post about tip-ins. A tip-in is a decorated page you add in some way to an altered book or journal. Some people add them to journal pages using such things as washi tape or decorative duck tape. To add them to an altered book, you traditionally cut two consecutive pages to within 1/2 inch of the gutter, then place either tape or glue along both inside edges. Add the decorated page and press so the glue or tape binds well. You have now tipped a decorated page into a book. Alternately, you can use a binding machine or rings to add them to a hand bound book. If you have questions, feel free to ask.
