Summer Solstice

Over at Try it on Tuesdays this week, we are celebrating the first day of summer. The challenge this time is anything goes,  card, tag, scrapbook page  etc.  whatever takes your fancy.
However we do want you to show  the   'Sun'  somewhere  on your creation.
Please pop over and see the super examples made by my DT friends here.
The picture of Stonehenge  is layered on matt gold cardstock with  assorted Prima papers.
When looking for a suitable photo, I did a Google search asking  for free pictures  of Stonehenge, some amazing results came up.
I stamped  a sentiment and wild flowers onto acetate, covered the picture, then fixed it in place with brads.
The bright flower came from my stash.
I hope you all have  the sun  shining where you are today.
Thankyou for stopping by to take a look at my card, I realy appreciate you calling.

  7. Fabulous card Yvonne, I could look at that all day long - beautiful setting sun over Stonehenge - how romantic! Despite our forecast being for rain we've actually had not too bad a day and yes, the sun has actually shone - it came with quite a strong breeze though - can't have everything can we - LOL!
