 I am so pleased to have found you all and thank you for making me most welcome.

Elizabeth asked folk to make ATC's this time.

 This  ATC  is digital,  using images from  the page  version, 

 I won't be able to join the swap this year, but I am so looking forward to seeing
 the ATC' s  everyone makes.

Now what  am I up to on my work desk,

it really needs a tidy up as my space is getting much smaller as the days pass by.

A free magazine, where I have found lots of things to cut out recently.

But of course there is the  [ sorry,  half finished,]

 cup of Cappuccino,

my celebratory drink , I am sharing with you all.

Harvest for AJJ

In my Garden its............. Harvest time.

Well if I had a veggie patch this would be true.

However we do grow herbs and Lettuce and we have the apple trees,

 but even they have decided to take a rest this year.

I have once again used a page and cut outs from a free gardening magazine.

Also some die cut wild flowers , with the background

 on the right having been sprayed  and random stamped.

Were you ever told that fairies lived in your garden when you were young?

If we found a mushroom under the trees , we were told that it was where the fairies lived.

Back then,  we played in our world of make believe,

were content, happy and didn't know how our lives would change as we grew up.

There is so much sadness in our world, you turn on the news and something else has happened

that effects peoples lives.

So today my page reflects 

 a moment, in my garden,

when  time stood still for a while....., to be happy.

Rabbits wishes.... for AJJ

In my garden there are......................rabbits

with a few added digital images after taking the photos

The original  journal page was sprayed and mopped with water colours. I then added a rabbit stencil [Clarity].

The base layer is one of my own  inky sprayed  pages.

There is nothing more tasty to tempt a rabbit into your garden than a veggie patch, My rabbit is dreaming of his favourite seeds that he would like the gardener to plant.

 In case you wonder we have  rabbits, close to out home
. The fields and woods are just a few steps away.
 But this little one in the photo below, was a regular visitor to us when we were away last week.
 It watched us from under the hedge and we watched from the caravan

Food for the birds for AJJ

With a lot of my pages for AJJ this month,  featuring birds, which I love to see in the garden,

I just had to share this small piece from  article I found in a free gardening magazine.

I think its late to plant out for this year, but its a few ideas for next year, especially if you have space to spare. 

We have lots of shrubs that produce berries for the birds, but as yet it is too early for photos.

I am really enjoying being Valerie and Susi's Guest Hostess this month and seeing all the fantastic inspiration for the theme that everyone has been sharing.

This is the first layers of my page,

Lots more colour was added with a few stencil additions. . My favourite bird stamps are making another appearance also some die cut wild flowers. 

Each morning we can hear birdsong as the birds begin their day.

But,

I have to say I don't always  appreciate the time they start their trilling and chirping in the summer months.  Still,  they are welcome in my garden, nest in the hedges and fill the day with joy.

I thought about how all the young birds leave the nest and in the coming years have to start off like all of us finding and making a home for their own families.

So this is  a fun page with the local estate agent Angus Sparrow ,
 about  to show  a newly partnered couple around  a prime property in a popular neighbourhood.
