Fleur



Sharing more journal pages today.  This first one already had the background coloured and random stamped, I have many pages in my journal like this just waiting to find interesting things to add to them.
The flowers were fussy cut and I added the image  among them, its a Dina Wakley  stamp, which I water coloured.  I used an alphabet stencil for the name.
Fleur  will be joining the theme's at--
 Art-Journal Journey the theme for July is Flower Power, I recently found this Blog and the inspiration there is fantastic.

This next page was just for fun, to try out a new mouse stamp.
I couldn't wait till we got back home.

    Fabulous pages Yvonne, both of them! So different in style but they both look fantastic! Just love the way the face peeps out from in between those flowers! The other more fantasy like flowers look brilliant too and great backgrounds! Always good to have some ready when inspiration strikes...

    Geat composition on your first journal page. The flowers are really amazing with lovely blue colour. I love both backgrounds. And the mouse stamp is so cute!

    Great idea to have some pages ready to be completed! This page is gorgeous and the fussy cut flowers look wonderful. The mouse page is just so cute and I can see that little creature getting used often!

    Two great pages. I love the little mouse stamp.That page reminds me of an illustration from the children's book 'The Gruffalo'

    Yes this is the best with just making many backgrounds..and by the time Madame Muse brings us the best ideas what to put on and add to them...
    that is the best way of creating stunning pages I think!
