Steampunk Mary

Our new theme over at Fashionable Stamping Challenges  is 'Steampunk'.
I hope you will pop over and see what my  team mates  have been making and get all the details.
Remember we like to see stamping on your project.

I realy enjoyed making this larger size card 8 x8 inches.
The background papers came from Jem's designs Steampunk CD.
Layered with plain card, I also cut out and added  a few spanners to go behind the clock.
The stamps are Andy Skinner- on the clock face
and Graphics 45-lady with the key
Cogs and Clock, which I embossed with antique gold  are Tim Holtz die cuts.
All  shading is  Tea Dye and Vintage Photo distress inks, with water colours to colour Mary.

Challenges-
Out of the Hat Creations -Challenge 9 Bingo, my line is Flowers, Die Cuts, Bling [gems in the flowers] and an Image.

  15. Fantastic card! I'm imagining that Mary is looking back to someone calling out to her ... but off she's going anyway, climbing into a clock works and off on some amazing steamy adventure!
