Less is More

Week 5 of Chrissie and Mandi's  Less is More challenge. Please go see the fabulous examples here
This time the theme is to use Pastel Colours..
I used only two stamps for this card, both so old I cannot find the makers name. I used watered down cosmic shimmer for the pale pink shade, the leaves look a bit blue, but they are a quite pale green in real life.
Sometimes,  it is just as hard to take a photo  in the daylight,   than use the scanner.

    It's difficult to depict cards accurately either by scanner or photograph. I'm not a fan of scanned cards as it seems to sap all life out of them. At least camera shots can be edited in online editing sites like Picasa.
    This is a sweet card however.

    Pretty card, lovely colours
    I never scan my cards, they loose their dimension and the colours 'bleach'
    If you take a clear enough picture, you can edit in programs. Even Windows that will no doubt be standard you can adjust levels to make things clearer, have a go with something, you can always undo any changes you make
