Share a moment

Share a moment ,

First of all  hello to  friends at
where its T day and we are always made welcome with a drinks related post.
Caravan life gets us away into the countryside, but not everywhere is connected to the outside world, its a moving day today, so fingers crossed  I have an internet connection and  can  call in later.
My beverage of choice is always tea, but when a tasty cheese scone   was  calling in a cafe we visited the other day, how could I refuse....

A bit about my hybrid  journal page, it   started off with sprinkles of green brusho powder,  one of my frequent go to items, it is so easy to use for a background.
Next up was the 'love' word stencil,  stamped  and fussy cut flowers. I used water colours for shading and a bit of sparkle in the flower center that is hard to see.  I  added more images  and the words  on my lap top  in the digital program I use.  It means I can still enjoy some cleaner style crafting, by taking  photos of unfinished  pages  away with me.

Thank you for calling in and I hope you all have a great day

......................................................................................................................
I am adding a reminder for the current
challenge theme....Stencils/die cuts or both
there is still another week for you to join in.

  10. Those brushos must make great backgrounds, because they certainly work well in the white space. Of course, fussy cut flowers and LOVE were wonderful, and the little bird made the journal page come to life.

Gosh, Yvonne. Now I want a cheese scone to go with my tea. It sounds wonderful. Thanks for sharing it with us, as well as your art and tea for T this Tuesday.

  11. I like your lovely shades of green and that touch of pink. The quote is a good thing to be reminded of. Thx! That table setting looks quite cozy, and a cheese scone would hit the spot perfectly right now. Happy T Tuesday!

  12. What a lovely hybrid page. I love he colour green you have used. And the combination with the spot of pink is brilliant. Which digital program do you use?
I know that it is beautiful weather at the moment in the UK so I am sure you are enjoying your caravan more than ever. The scone looks sooo good. I have tried to make my own scones but they never taste like the ones we get in the UK. I'm looking forward to eating some when we next come over.
    Happy T-Day,
    Lisca

    1. The digital program I use is called My Craft Studio [the elite version]. i bought it from a well known shopping craft chanel years ago here in the UK. It works well for me and its easy to use.

  14. Cheese scones sound so yummy! And tea of course. I miss scones but I haven't made many since I went Gluten-Free. Perhaps I should try my hand at cheese scones.
And your hybrid page is very colorful. I am loving the color contrasting with the white space.
    Happy Tea Day,
    Kate
