When I saw the title of the new challenge theme at Crafty Cardmakers - 'Cute and Furry', I had a bit of a panic attack. I don't realy do 'cute', so I hope the girls will forgive me for reaching out for a craft CD.
This is Popcorn the Bear from Crafters Companion.
I printed out the image and a super matching background paper.
A piece of blue cardstock for layering, I used a punch on the corners.
I added the thread rope with a fish charm on the end, so he was quite a lucky bear to make such a good catch. Extra shading round the edges was Broken China distress ink.

I know it's hard when the theme is right out of your comfort zone - but for what it's worth, I love your Popcorn image and think he is perfect for the challenge.
ReplyDeleteI think it is really clever the way you have the charm hanging from the rod! A good example of how you can enhance a simple cd image.
