Sew Fashionable

' Sew Fashionable', is the theme of our new Challenge this week  over at
Sugar Creek Hollow.
We would like to see some stitching on your challenge entry, together with something from the world of Fashion. [hats, dresses, shoes etc.]
Please pop over to see what we have all been making this week and get all the details. . Remember we like to see a Vintage /Shabby Chic style to your work.

We have a new Sponsor  for this week Live and Love Crafts, who sent the DT some gorgeous seam binding to use. When I received mine I couldn't wait to visit the shop and buy some of the amazing vintage  goodies they have in store.

So here is the Hanging I made using the green Seam binding trimming.
I also used some Jute ribbon and  Tulle Pleat ribbon to trim the bottom of the hanging as well as flowers from my stash.
The base is a  6 x 4 inch canvas. All shading is  Shabby Shutters and Bundled Sage  distress ink
. A couple of layers of material, stitched by machine, a bit wonky in places if you look to  close.
The fashionable lady is cut from a sheet of Graphics 45 paper.
The advertising stamps are by  Habico.

I will also enter the Friday,  Challenge 74 at Fussy and Fancy  Anything Goes
 and
Ephemera /Anything Goes Challenge 11  at Vintage Illusions

Thank you for stopping by to take a look, I always appreciate your comments.
