The new theme over at Just for Fun this week is Scraplings.
Using a piece of card that was about 2.5 x 11 before folding in half. The sort of size we have left over from making a square card from a piece of A4 paper.
To keep on the using up theme, bits we save for another day. One layer is a piece of embossed card, it had a splodge of yellow already on it, so I added a bit more to highlight 'Manic Mary'. Added a few cut up scraps, string and a button. The stamps are Graphics45, coloured with cosmic shimmer paint, there is a bit of glitter on the card as well, but it isn't showing so well.
Thankyou for stopping by to take a look, I always appreciate your comments.
I love love this card. Controlled Mayhem. Wouldn't that be a great name for a art studio or workspace? Thanks for popping in and saying hi!
ReplyDeleteWonderful piece! I think I should have a "controlled mayhem" sign on my door. The yellow really highlights the action. I just got some of the graphic 45 stamps. They seem really good....Donna
