Hello Spring.... at TioT's

 Hello Spring...

is the  theme for the next two weeks over at

 Try it on Tuesdays.

Springtime has me thinking of    flowers   bringing colours to our gardens

 and in  the days before the pandemic 

 being able to walk freely  in the countryside, seeing the wild rabbits

 and the new born lambs in the fields.

The background journal page is made up of scraps of paper, thick splodges of gesso left to dry, creating texture and finished in the digital program I use on my computer.

I wonder if the little bunny is hoping one of the eggs will fall

 so he can hide it for the children to find on Easter morning.

Stencils at TioT's

 

Use a stencil or two........

is the new theme over at Try it on Tuesdays for the next two weeks.

Of course you can use a many stencils as you would want to as long as you use more than one.

I used two stencils for my base layer, the completed page photo is closer to the actual colour shades. The cute guy bringing the flowers is a die cut from an Art by Marlene booklet.

Sorry I cannot name the stencils as I store mine 

 altogether in a drawer, all the good intentions to store by maker or by theme are long forgotten memories.

Single flowers

At   Art Journal Journey the theme for the month 

chosen by Sheila at Orange Esmerelda is.....

A single Flower.

I have created two digital journal pages using the same base layers as a  starting point ,

adding a single flower.

 I have noticed that a few friends have used this same quote,

  it goes so well with this theme.

I had lots of good intentions and ideas for this month, but, 

 with all that has happened here this past year, I  have learned  to 

cherish each day as it comes. I hope to get started with some hands on crafting

soon, but  just now,  if it gets me to escape the world for a while

 I will use   my digital computer programs..
